Picture this, you’re nine years old. You’re going on a camping trip with your dad, uncles, and cousins. The old timers have had a couple of cold Lone Stars and decide it’s time the youngins learn a thing or two. You’re all gathered round the campfire when Uncle Rico speaks above the conversation and asks “Y’all ever been on a Snipe Hunt?” eyes big as saucers, you and the cousins look around excitedly. Too stunned to speak, you all shake your heads no and Uncle Rico’s grin can’t be contained. “Y’all grab your pillowcases and flashlights and start walkin’ in the field. When you see one, throw it in the pillow case and yell for us. You’ll know ‘em when ya see ‘em”
